General Information

Each panel is 90 minutes (70 minutes for speech, 20 minutes for discussion), each paper presentation is 20 minutes (15 minutes for speech, 5 minutes for discussion, depending on how many papers are to be presented in the panel).

The speaker will be cued for the first time by a sign five minutes before the end of the speech. They will be prompted again two minutes before the end of the speech and the third time when their time is up.

l          The audience members should introduce themselves before commenting or asking questions.

l          Please wear your badge during the conference.

l          Please turn off your mobile phone during the conference.

l          Eating and smoking are prohibited in the conference room.

l          We provide book sale service during conference.

l          We do not provide baggage deposit service; please mind your personal belongings.

l          After the conference, please recycle your badge at the registration desk.
