1. An expert in Japan studies, Southeast Asia Region studies or related fields in political science.

2. An expert in International Economy; Economy of China and Asia Pacific or related fields.

Qualifications:

1. A doctorate degree PhD in Social Sciences (recognized by the Ministry of Education, R.O.C.)
