 In order to facilitate future operations, please note the following:
 
First, submission deadline forthe completed paper is October 20th and any overdue submissions are inadmissible.
Second, please pay attention to our website updates periodically.
Third, we plan to have the tentative agenda up on our website by October 22nd. We will have determined the final agenda by November 2nd.
Fourth, there is a pre-conference round table seminar on the afternoon of November 8^th that will be organized by the SSH-NCP which you are welcome to attend.
Finally, please fill out the application form on our website to allow us to estimate the number of meals, and prepare the vouchers beforehand.
