NSYSU Exchange Program for ICAPS Non-Taiwanese degree seekers:

The NSYSU exchange program is only available for Bachelor- and Master-students. Taiwanese students have priority. The selection period (for Taiwanese students) ends in the end of November each year. Foreign students can only apply if there are vacancies – you need to check the list that is available in the end of January at the Office of Foreign affairs (Kurby Wang).

However, for the scholarship provided by the MOE for studying abroad only Taiwanese students are eligible. Foreign students willing to study abroad have to pay all their expenses. If they are Taiwan Scholarship holders, their scholarship will be suspended during the time of their stay abroad.
