Letter for 2012 Conference

Dear All:

On behalf of the Institute of China and Asia-Pacific Studies (ICAPS), I like to thank you again for your participation to the coming conference in Kaohsiung on 8-10 November 2012.  We have tentatively selected some of you to chair one of the panels in the conference.  Please check conference agenda carefully and let us know if you are not available to take this job in the conference. 

Also, I like to share with you the following five things:

1. Registration fee is free.
2. Local food will be provided during the conference.
3. There is a free half-day city tour in the afternoon of 10 November.   ( please fill out the application form on our website )
4. We will provide you an honorarium to subsidize part of your local accommodation.  Please prepare a copy of the first page of your passport for administrative purpose.
5. You are responsible for the transportation to Kaohsiung.
