Guidelines for Full Paper Submissions:

Please submit the full paper to the conference via < zool93@staff.nsysu.edu.tw > by October 15, 2014., and apply the following guidelines to your manuscripts.

Length of paper:

Should be between 5,000 and 7,000 words (not including the list of references) with Times New Roman font, size 12, and single line spacing. The paper must include:

●  Title of the submitted abstract

●  Name(s) of the author(s)

●  Department(s) and affiliation(s)

References: 

●       Please use in-text citations according to the Harvard Style of referencing 

●        In-text citations must be enclosed within parentheses and embedded in the paragraph (surname year: page).

●       Two authors are cited using‘&’: (surname1 & surname2). More than two authors are cited using‘et al.’: (surname1 et al.). 

●       Footnotes (no endnotes) are used for remarks only. 

Reference list at the end of the manuscript:

Please use the following pattern: Surname, Given Name (year): Title in italics. Place

For book chapters:

Surname, Given Name (year): ‘Title in single quote’. In: Surname, Given Name (ed.): Title in italics. Place

For journal articles: Surname, Given Name (year): ‘Title in single quote’. In Journal title in italics, Vol. XX, Nr. XX, pages

For internet articles:

Surname, Given Name (year): Title in italics. Internet Address [access date: dd. mm. yyyy]

Unlike in-text citation, the names of ALL authors of a publication must appear in the reference list: Surname(1), Given Name(1); Given Name(2) Surname(2); Given Name(3) Surname(3) [...] & Given Name(n) Surname(n)

For publications of two authors:

Surname(1), Given Name(1) & Given Name(2) Surname(2).
